Enasel is an economic government-owned company, joint stock company with an issued capital of 504,000,000 AD (Algerian Dinars).
Enasel is the Algerian major producer and distributor of salt.
Enasel head office is located in Constantine.
Its production originates from 5 salt marshes located in Béthioua (Oran), Sidi Bouziane (Relizane), Guergour Lamri (Sétif), El Mégha?er (El Oued) and Ouled Zoua? (Oum el Bouaghi) for an annual quantity of 400,000 tons of solar salt and from a refinery of 30,000 tons of rock salt located in El Outaya (Biskra).
Its production relates to all activity fields, which are: food, agriculture, pharmacy, cosmetic, industry, treatment of water and snow clearing.
Enasel includes a workforce of 1100 agents for its 14 production and distribution units divided across the domestic territory.
Enasel achieves an average turnover of 1 billion Algerian Dinars (15 million US dollars) yearly. Enasel produces a wide range of salts deriving from sodium chloride.
